FAQ

Q: Why does using ManageByStats require developers to access the seller’s Amazon account?

A: Amazon does not share seller data unless the seller agrees. Any Amazon seller can provide third-party developers with access to seller account reports and information through the Amazon API. This automatic access allows sellers to obtain more detailed information in Seller Central. Therefore, in order for ManageByStats to provide sellers with this information, you need to give developers access during the registration process.

Q: Is the seller’s data safe?

A: ManageByStats accesses the seller's account every day and copies transaction and payment information through multiple reports, consolidating the data and making them searchable. This information is far more useful than the reports sellers get in Seller Central. In addition, the seller's information is stored in a separate database, which is very safe. ManageByStats will not mix information from two sellers into the same database. And only the seller can view the relevant information.

Q: Will ManageByStats make any changes to seller accounts?

A: ManageByStats does not make any changes to your Amazon seller account, it only 1) generates reports and 2) imports them into a dedicated database created specifically for your seller account.

Q: Why can't I see relevant data in ManageByStats after adding a new product?

A: Data for new products will only be downloaded when transactions are generated. Moreover, the data of ManageByStats is downloaded from the previous night. If a transaction occurs for a seller’s new product today, the data can only be obtained tomorrow.

Seller Reviews

ncruthven, a seller from the United States, said: "I was blown away by the service and tools provided by ManageByStats. As a new seller, I had a lot to learn, and the good thing was that I received really helpful support every step of the way. I just sent an email with questions, and the ManageByStats customer service team responded promptly and gave very useful feedback. At the same time, it was a bit daunting to learn such a large tool, and the fact that there are some videos and support made it easier to use the tool. I have already highly recommended this software to my friends.

Another US seller, nanonano.oar, said: “Overall, the information provided by this tool is very helpful. Some of the additional content is also very good, including how to deal with account suspension (although I haven’t been suspended yet), some problems to watch out for or avoid on Amazon, and some other great practical content.”
