- Malaysia: RM9 subsidy for shipping for orders over RM30, RM4.5 subsidy for shipping for orders over RM20

- Taiwan: Subsidize NT$25 for shipping fee for orders over NT$299

- Indonesia: Subsidy thresholds and amounts vary depending on the logistics method chosen by the buyer

b. LWE: Subsidy of 50,000 rupiah for purchases over 150,000 rupiah

c. Indonesia local warehouse: 90,000 Indonesian rupiah subsidy 30,000 Indonesian rupiah

-Thailand: 40 baht subsidy for orders over 150 baht

1. Can I set a free shipping price? How can I do this?

Currently, free shipping is only available in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Taiwan. You can set free shipping by clicking "I will cover the shipping fee" in the shipping section of the product editing details. However, you will not be able to enjoy the shipping subsidy policy after setting free shipping. Therefore, it is not recommended for sellers to set free shipping. It is recommended that sellers appropriately adjust the product weight to the shipping subsidy threshold and cooperate with the subsidy to achieve free shipping.

2. Why do some products have the free shipping logo but some do not?

• Products that meet the conditions for freight subsidy and have a freight amount of 0 after reduction are considered free shipping products and will display the free shipping logo

• Alternatively, the seller can set free shipping for the product themselves, and the free shipping logo will be displayed on the front desk.
