Development History

In April 2010, PubMatic, an Internet advertising optimization service company, received $7.5 million in funding in its Series C round of financing. Venture capital firms Helion Venture Partners, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, and Nexus Ventures participated in the financing.

In February 2014, advertising platform PubMatic hired an investment bank to help prepare for its IPO (initial public offering).
