Elabelz selects men’s, women’s and children’s products from local high-end and international designers, and its partner brands include TOMS, Guess, Cayler and Sons, REEBOOK, NEW BALANCE, Supra and many more.


Seller sales process


1. List products;

4. The courier will pick up the item at your door and deliver it to the buyer.


Logistics and distribution


The cash on delivery service provided by Elabelz is limited to the Gulf countries. For high-value goods, according to customs regulations, if the amount exceeds 1,000 dirhams or 300 US dollars, an alternative phone number and a copy of the identity are required to reconfirm the order to complete the customs clearance procedures for cross-border shopping.


In terms of order confirmation, cash on delivery orders require the platform to confirm with the consumer or the consumer to confirm on their own initiative. If the order is not confirmed within the specified time, the order will be automatically cancelled after 3 working days. If the customer is an old customer, the system will automatically confirm the use of cash on delivery.


Regardless of the payment method, the order will be delivered within 1-2 working days. Regardless of the size of the order, the delivery is free within the UAE. Consumers can return the product within 14 days of receiving the order, and consumers have one free return or exchange. For orders paid on delivery, if they meet the return policy, they will also have to pay a certain return fee.
