Creator Program

Once you create a Marketplace account you will automatically be signed up for the free plan, you can always update to a higher plan at any time, but it is not required. Below you will find everything that is included in each plan offered.

Free Plan

1. Bid: Members on the free plan can bid on 5 opportunities per billing cycle (30 days). Once you have used up your allotted free bids, you will not be able to bid on any opportunities until the next billing cycle.

2. Cash out threshold: Free plan members must have $100 in their income balance to cash out funds.

3. Early cashing fee: If funds are cashed out before reaching the $100 threshold, a $3 early cashing fee will be charged.

4. Personalized URL: The free plan does not include a customizable personalized URL pointing to your profile page.

5. Standard Support: Free plan members have access to our community forums through Standard Support. Direct inquiries will be answered in the order they are received.

Basic Plan

1. Bidding: The basic plan of membership is to be able to bid in unlimited opportunities.

2. Cashout threshold: Basic plan members must have $50 in their income balance to cash out funds.

3. Early Cashing Fee: If funds are cashed out before reaching the $50 threshold, a $2 early cashing fee will be assessed.

4. Vanity URL: The basic plan includes a customizable vanity URL pointing to your profile page. You can make your Vanity URL easy to remember and share.

5. Standard Support: Basic plan members have access to our community forums through Standard Support. Direct inquiries will be answered in the order they are received.

Professional Plan

1. Bidding: Members with the professional plan can bid for unlimited business opportunities every month.

2. Cashout threshold: Professional plan members must have an income balance of $25 before they can cash out funds.

3. Early cashing fee: If funds are cashed out before reaching the $25 threshold, a $1 early cashing fee will be charged.

4. Priority Support: In addition to standard support access, direct inquiries from Pro plan members will be moved to the front of the queue.

5. Personalized URL: The Professional plan includes a customizable personalized URL pointing to your profile page.

Deactivate Account

There are a few things you need to do before you request to deactivate your account:

Please withdraw your funds from the system. We want to ensure that you are compensated for the work you have performed and that these funds will be lost once your account is closed.

If there are any pending payments in the system, they will be lost once you close your account. Once you take this step, there is no way to retract these offers. We recommend that you wait until all payments have been processed before closing your account.

This process will completely remove your profile and connections from the network. Once our team completes the account deactivation, it cannot be undone.
