Price Guard is an Australian eBay repricing tool created by developer and entrepreneur Mark Whitney. Price Guard offers a competitor tracking feature for sellers and can also monitor your suppliers’ stock levels.



Function


1. Price Guard is a product search that matches products by UPC and keywords. Price Guard allows you to customize search criteria, find competitors and reprice according to your own rules. The options you can set are:


Keep your product price lower than your competitor’s lowest price.


Set a minimum price based on the percentage you expect;


Obtaining the consent of competitors when they are used in repricing calculations (optional);


Update product prices directly on the eBay website, or export a CSV file that can be loaded into inventory management software.


2. Price Guard also offers a competitor tracking feature, which can identify best-selling products that are out of stock but may be worth adding to stock.


3. Another function of Price Guard is to monitor the supplier’s inventory level. When the inventory is exhausted, your eBay Listing will show out of stock.
