Backend changes: Amazon FBA inventory report is replaced, attached: video advertising analysis template

Amazon backstage notification: The Inventory Ledger report provides a comprehensive view of inventory, including all warehouse activities, received inventory, adjustments, and reconciliation activities. This report replaces the Daily Inventory Record, Monthly Inventory Record, Inventory Activity Details, Inventory Adjustments, Inventory Reconciliation, and Received Inventory reports. The Inventory Ledger report has two views: Summary View and Detail View to provide historical and real-time inventory status. For more information, please go to Inventory Ledger Report. Before September 30, 2022, you can still download or view the record data of the above 6 inventory reports directly from the Amazon Logistics Report page.

The newly added report is in the Amazon Logistics Report-----Inventory-----Inventory Ledger. The key points can be seen in the following figure

Previously, when you counted your inventory in the backend, you had to sort out multiple data reports and use vlookup formulas to associate them. It was really troublesome! The Inventory Ledger Report is like a bank statement for your inventory. It provides end-to-end inventory adjustment functions by showing your starting inventory balance, received inventory quantity, buyer order quantity, buyer return quantity, inventory count quantity, removal quantity and ending balance.

Use the Inventory Ledger to analyze inventory movement in and out of Amazon fulfillment centers, including sold, returned, removed, abandoned, damaged, lost, and found items. You can view a complete history of inventory movement for the past 18 months in this report.
