New product optimization content and promotion methods (absolutely dry goods)


Creating new products is a compulsory course for every qualified operator. In fact, there is no fixed way or routine, and each operator may have different practices. In the past, I have shared the entire process of new product promotion. Today, I will expand on this basis and combine the table to improve the optimization and promotion efficiency of new products.
1. Make a good listing structure

1. Product keyword selection, 2-3 big words, about 50 long-tail words

2. The title should be in line with search habits, with proper combination of big words and long tail words, highlighting the main selling point (selling points affect prices)

3. Refine the product selling points and describe the product in five points to highlight its functions and differentiation

4. Describe the company's product line and guide customers to buy it. Use appropriate promotional language to guide orders.

5. Reasonable pricing ensures that the net profit margin of the product is above 30%. Do not engage in price wars and make products carefully. All product optimization is completed before the product is put on the shelves, and the product listing will not be changed after it is put on the shelves.

2. Make a stocking plan and estimate the arrival time

Here are some simple tables that can still be used:

a. Promotion and operation plan weekly report


b. Annual stocking sales plan



7. Participation of off-site deal websites and off-site traffic diversion to increase category nodes

8. Calculate product profit and loss and decide whether to continue investing


The last step is resource reserve, preparing small accounts, evaluation groups, off-site promotion resources, operation manager resources, and various service provider resources.
