Zhiyou's listing is selling well in the US.
A few months ago, we launched remote delivery, and the listings were synchronized to Canada and Mexico.
The US site suddenly showed: the product details page was deleted.
Open the repair of no sale information, and display restricted products.
The US, Canada, and Mexico sites all sent out email reminders saying that this is a restricted product.
I asked the customer service and they said it was modified by someone in Canada and sensitive words were added.
The powerful god in the forum replied:
I have encountered your problem before. On last year's Member Day, my situation was the same as yours.

It took 23 days to open more than 100 cases by phone.  
 
The following is my personal experience. If you don’t like it, please don’t criticize me!
1. Open a case to determine which site others modified the product information on

Be sure to let case help you look at each item in the product information
Normally it is in the five details.
But it may also be in the legal statement, product compliance information

3. Evidence: The evidence is your product with your UPC code. Take a real photo and don’t edit it.

After providing evidence, use the template to modify the data inside (if someone is malicious, he will also use the template to modify your product information, but it is not necessary to use a very detailed classification template because some very detailed classification templates lack some data. It is recommended to use the templates under the first-level or second-level classification. Basically, the information modified by others is all there. I forgot what information I was looking for at the time, so I downloaded all the templates that could be downloaded under the first, second, and third-level classifications of this category and checked them one by one)
Supplement: Did the template team help to find out where the sensitive words were added?
catalog_number, matching_catalog_number, platinum_keyword. The template team has no authority to modify the changed values. The template team can only suggest that you upload the changes through the form.
5. Check with the template team to see if the value you updated using the template was successful. Generally, it will not be successful. The previously changed value is still there, but your updated value is listed alongside the previous value because the malicious seller who changed your value has a higher account authority than you.
Finally , think about why someone is messing with you. Is it because someone is copying your product and taking away your editing rights? Or maybe your product is very popular recently and you have touched the cake of some big boss, so someone is messing with you using a VC account. When I put my product on the shelves, I could get hundreds of orders a day, but it sold for only a few days and then it became unpopular. Keep a calm mind and get used to it!
 
One more sentence: How do you get a UPC code for a product? Go to Baidu and search for the online barcode generator. Enter your 13-digit code to generate the corresponding barcode (the first picture). Add your brand on it (the second picture). Then find a thermal printer to print it out (the same size as the label on the shipped product). Stick it on your product and take a photo. It’s OK!
