On April 14, 3 SKUs on the US site suddenly had inventory errors and were shown as unsaleable. A case was opened and the question was "Due to conflicting product information on the detail page or inconsistency with other product information for the same product, we are unable to classify your product BXXXX. Therefore, sales and warehousing of this product are prohibited. Update or confirm the information on the product detail page so that we can continue the review." The subsequent case asked that the detail page of the French site was inconsistent, and the customer service of the changed brand also provided it. I went to the front desk of the French site to search for ASIN, but I couldn't find it separately because the page was not on sale. I didn't register for the European site, so I couldn't follow the sale to check. Later, there was a way, which was to search for the modified brand directly, click on its product page, and then replace the ASIN in the link with my own, and then it was displayed. The page title was changed to vacuum cleaner, a live product, requiring a dangerous goods review.
I contacted the agent to try to modify the brand and it was possible to modify it, but I did not ask the agent to modify all of them. I just tested it. Someone in the group of the account manager shared a paragraph:
Site tampering, ASIN delisting problem handling ideas First, there are other sellers who have the same or similar experience as you. The product information was maliciously tampered with by other sellers and changed to adult products. It was uploaded to the German site across sites, resulting in dangerous goods review in their own sales market. Every review said that the information was inconsistent and could not pass the review and be resold.
At present, several methods have been summarized based on the sellers in China, for reference only:
1. First, carefully check the product editing information of your sales market to confirm whether it has been tampered with. If so, open a case immediately to modify it.
2. Make sure to know which site has been maliciously tampered with. You cannot search it on the front desk. You need to find a friend who has opened a European site and ask them to search for your ASIN code on the page for adding new products. Only in this way can you find the connection page. If you have opened a European site, you can also search it yourself.
3. After knowing clearly which site's information has been modified, take a screenshot and open a case to ask the customer service to delete the ASIN link of that site. If the customer service says they don't have the authority, you can open more cases, as not every customer service has the authority to delete across sites.
4. After confirming to delete the ASIN link, if you have opened a European site, you need to re-upload the ASIN to the European site and edit the corresponding information. It must be consistent with the sales market. If there is no European site, ask a friend to help you edit and upload. I asked the customer service, and they said there will be no association.
5. After the page is edited successfully, upload it again for dangerous goods review. Wait patiently for 4 working days. If it still fails, contact Amazon's logistics team to file a complaint.
I tried to file a complaint with Amazon to ask them to delete the French site page. There was basically no effective response to the general complaint in the background, but the brand complaint could be deleted quickly at https://brandregistry.amazon.ca ... ation .
After deleting the page on the French site, I was in trouble. I don’t have a European site store, so I can’t upload the updated page according to this method. I asked my friend to upload it twice, but the error 8541 appeared. I didn’t let my friend continue to try. I found another method in the forum https://www.wearesellers.com/question/23172 , provided by user Azora, " I have encountered this situation before. I listened to the customer service’s advice and noted in the dangerous goods form that the products sold on my own site are not the same products as the cross-site follow-up sales. After uploading the dangerous goods form, it was restored after a few days of review. The cross-site follow-up sales link also became a dog at the same time. Friends who encounter the same problem can also try it. " I noted the reason why I was removed from the dangerous goods review, and after 2 days, I passed the review and resumed sales here.
