There are three rounds of interviews, and the test papers include translation, logical questions, and personality test questions. When I was writing the test paper, I was handed a short and fat bottle of mineral water, and the one who handed me the mineral water was Wanfang. Zhan Tao Building is also a high-rise building, but the surrounding high-rise buildings are quite crowded, and the interview experience was extremely bad. The person who invited me for the interview was a female HR, so I contacted her directly on the day of the interview. She was quite pretty. She also did some questions and typed based on my speed. After asking me a few questions, she waited for the interview. During this time, I waited for about half an hour. Later, I went to the 15th floor and waited for another five or six minutes. She told me that the interviewer had a meeting today and would arrange another time. At first I thought it was a rejection because it was for another time instead of tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock. Later, because I really liked the feeling of the building, I contacted the HR on the phone to arrange an interview for tomorrow. The next day when I went for the interview, my rejection was finally shattered. I told the front desk my name and that I was there for a second interview. I didn't register anything and was told to sit on the sofa and wait. I waited from 10:30 to 11:59. In the end, I left because more and more people left. Later, another HR asked me my name and said that my interview was not scheduled, so I left. Although the environment is not as good as the first two and it is located in an industrial area, Lens Technology is a single-family building. The work area is covered with high-grade gray carpet from the first floor. There is a TV at the front desk showing pictures of employees. The sofa area is in red, yellow and royal blue with good color matching. The male HR who interviewed me was very interesting. He talked to me about the advantages and disadvantages of various cross-border e-commerce companies. After hearing about my interview experience, he also suggested that I go to Zebao for an interview. He was dismissive of the acquired Patonson and Tongtuo, thinking that they were only interested in making money and leaving. Hahahaha, it was very interesting. My grades were not bad, so the HR also praised me for being a little smart, but was afraid that I was unstable, so he asked me to go to Zebao for an interview first and then go back for an interview later. The base salary is quite low, and they only do self-delivery. The commission is based on gross profit. If you reach a certain sales volume in a month, you can be promoted to team leader. I interviewed with many companies at that time, and they said why not go here, but since I was a rookie, I was afraid that the base salary was too low to support it, so I gave up. Zehui is on the first floor of Bantian Business Center. The front desk is on the right hand side of the entrance. It feels quite strange. The so-called front desk is just a combination of desks. It is still a test. HR interviews for the first time, the manager interviews for the second time, and HR comes to discuss salary. The test I did at that time was to write some product keywords. I personally feel that this is not very professional, because the keywords of different product lines must be different. If you ask someone who is not in the product line to write keywords for other product lines, either he has a rich English vocabulary or a combination of phrases, which may not conform to local language habits. From the test paper, Zehui may also recruit people with a little basic knowledge. The reason why I didn’t accept the offer in the end was that there was no provident fund, and I didn’t pay the provident fund for life!!! The basic salary is also about 3,000 yuan, but there is no commission during the probation period, and it seems that the five insurances are not paid during the probation period (I don’t remember, anyway, I deleted the company’s email directly after leaving the company), and the performance bonus of 800 yuan may not be given. It depends on the score. The commission points are calculated according to your sales volume of the month. In short, it feels like a very stingy company. The environment of Gonglang is the worst among the several companies I interviewed. The elevator is a freight elevator, and the stairs are made of iron, hollow and rusty. It is dark even in broad daylight. There is no one at the front desk. All I can see is the reception room, and I can't see the real office area. Accommodation is included, and you don't have to pay five insurances and one housing fund in the first two months. There is a food subsidy, and if you eat in the cafeteria at noon and in the evening, it only costs four yuan a day. Gonglang is one of the few companies I interviewed that gives new employees a special increase in basic salary during the probation period. After becoming a regular employee, the basic salary will drop to less than 3,000 yuan. The commission point is 10 to 12 of the gross profit. If you do well, you can really make a lot of money. The most impressive thing about the whole interview process was a very talkative HR. During the initial interview with the HR, I basically listened to her talk about life planning and company culture. I had a good impression. When I received the offer later, the HR was also very patient and replied to my messages on weekends. Wanfang is near the University Town subway station, and it's a short walk away. As an industrial park, it's very clean and stylish. It's surrounded by landscape buildings, I forgot which building it was, but Wanfang is in this building. There are free computers on the first floor for playing! ! I went to many places at that time, and my phone was not durable, so I recharged it downstairs for a long time. Wanfang is more famous for their own brand, Jiayu America. I took the initiative to go to that company because I gave myself a week to go for the interview and had to go to work the next Monday, but it was already Thursday. There was no one on duty at the front desk. On the chair next to them, yes, on the chair, not the sofa, there were two people talking about something. To be honest, I didn't have a good impression at the time, because the warehouse was right next to the office area, and the door was open. There were people all over the stairs, and there was no one to greet me at the front desk. Later, I went inside to find someone to ask, and there was no one in the HR office, but the people inside were very enthusiastic to help me find the HR, as mentioned above One of the companies that gave me a whole bottle of short and fat mineral water instead of a glass of water was Wanfang. The HR who came to interview me seemed very confident and had confidence in the company. Later, the supervisor came to interview me. Due to my experience, he wanted me to work in Dunhuang and Walmart. I was obsessed with it for a while, thinking that after all, it was a company with a good brand, so it was a small platform. Later, I thought about the company's eight-hour work day and the big and small weeks. It's not 9 o'clock but 8:40, and the lunch break is not on the hour but 1:40. The whole office environment is a little depressing, and the color matching of the office area is not very good. After all, I can easily be intoxicated by the color atmosphere. I don't mind working overtime, but it's quite annoying that the company doesn't calculate the working hours to the hour (maybe it's because I have obsessive-compulsive disorder). Both Wanfang and Baituhong are at Exit B of the University City, about 300 meters apart. The office area of Baituhong is not bad, and the people inside look happy. There is no reception desk, and there is no one at the reception desk. The person who was looking for work also found the HR (there was no electricity at that time). It is an office area shared with other companies. I waited for a long time for the interview, and they said they were not there or something else. I forgot. It is the only company like Lanhe that only interviewed with the HR. When I left, they even told me the time and place to report. Forget it, I don’t want to mention this company. The office area of Demart is in the e-commerce industrial park at the intersection of Guangyayuan Road. I was interviewed directly by the leader. The leader was not very energetic. He kept asking me why Demart was a small company and why I wanted to leave such a good company like Sevi. After I gave the reason, he kept saying that this was not a reason, blah blah blah. Anyway, I was hot-tempered and disliked this company at that time. The whole company did not seem very energetic. However, Demart was called the new Sakata Five on Zhihu, specializing in Amazon. I went for this name at that time, but I was immediately disappointed. A sales manager thinks that his company is not good. Either he is not a good sales manager or it is not a good company (my personal thought at that time). Okay, next one. Leap ⭐️⭐️ The company is located on the floor above Zehui.
