After investigation, it was found that the common feature of these stores was that they had uploaded VINE program links in batches, and uploaded similar VINE links in large quantities. This was also confirmed in the subsequent store inspection report.
Detailed explanation: A total of 5 stores received this performance, all of which were in the United States. The stores uploaded a large number of VINE program links using batch forms to apply for the VINE program. The titles, variant attributes, pictures, etc. of the links were slightly different. Basically, they were stores within one or two years and in good condition. They had not received any large performance before, and there was no warning this time, so the stores were directly blocked.

Judging from the performance and physical examination reports, it can be confirmed that it was because of repeated uploading of similar VINE program links, taking advantage of the free tier of the VINE program, and using this method to break the restriction that a parent body can only have 30 VINE program reviews. Amazon discovered this and directly blocked the store. The service provider has never encountered this kind of performance before, and it can be basically confirmed that it is a new performance. Multiple POAs have been submitted and all have been rejected. The service provider is not sure that it can be resolved.
