Lead content exceeds the standard! Domestic children's handbags are urgently recalled!

According to foreign media reports, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced the recall of 1,050 Mama & Me children's handbags on February 24. The reason for the recall is that the metal zipper sliders, O-shaped and D-shaped zipper rings, rivets and studs of the bags contain excessive lead. If young children accidentally ingest them, they will cause poisoning and other health hazards.

The recalled handbags are reportedly about 6.5 inches tall, 9.5 inches wide, and 3.25 inches deep, and come in three different colors: coral, purple python, and taupe. The handbags have a top zipper, interior slip pockets, and a removable gold leather strap (21 inches long). The Kelly Wynne logo is printed on a gold label on the inside of the handbag. According to reports, these handbags were all made in China and imported by Kelly Wynne LLC. The handbags were sold on kellywynne.com and nordstrom.com from July 2020 to October 2021 for approximately US$28.

It is reported that the handbag's SKU and UPC number combinations can be found on the order invoice, including SKU MINI505 and UPC 850023783271; SKU MINI875 and UPC 850023783288; and SKU MINI500 and UPC 850023783288.

It is understood that CPSC has not received any reports of accidents involving the use of this product. However, it is recommended that buyers immediately take the handbag away from children.
