DigitalCommerce360 and BizrateInsights surveyed 1,088 American online shoppers in September, revealing the changes in holiday shopping behavior in the three years since the epidemic.
More holiday shopping happened online than in 2021
The survey shows that 30% of respondents said that a large part of their gift spending will be done online this holiday season. Survey data shows that 75% of consumers will complete at least half of their holiday shopping online.

Most online shoppers say they will buy at least half of their holiday gifts on Amazon.
