Shipping costs are lower! Walmart opens SWW service to US sellers!

Walmart recently opened its Ship with Walmart (SWW) service to US sellers. Previously, this service was only available to sellers shipping from outside the United States.

Ship with Walmart was launched in 2021 to help cross-border sellers reduce shipping costs and thus offer lower prices to customers. Currently, Ship with Walmart provides FedEx and USPS shipping services to US sellers.

In an announcement on Tuesday, Walmart told US sellers: "You can now purchase discounted FedEx and USPS shipping labels through Ship with Walmart, which will significantly reduce your shipping costs. You can purchase shipping labels by going to Seller Central."

In addition, Walmart also announced the launch of automatic shipping settings. "Now, you don't have to set the shipping time manually. With the new automation feature, Walmart will automatically generate the shipping time based on your warehouse zip code, carrier service, and customer address. In order to narrow the gap between the estimated delivery date and the actual delivery date, please provide more accurate shipping information for all products. (Please note that our automatic shipping settings currently only support UPS, USPS and FedEx. Sellers can create custom templates for other carriers through manual settings)" Walmart said in the announcement.

Walmart also announced that it will hold a shipping solutions webinar on June 7 to share valuable insights to sellers on using Walmart Shipping, Expedited Delivery, Automated Shipping Templates, and Walmart Full Shipping Services (WFS).
