The original question was: What kind of work can girls who work in cross-border e-commerce do after the age of 30 or 40? Since ancient times, women have not had an advantage in the workplace. This is not only related to the physiological characteristics of women themselves, but also to the "prejudice" of the whole society against women leading the "market" or "career". There is a very strange phenomenon: in the field of cross-border e-commerce training services, the proportion of male lecturers is far greater than that of female lecturers. You rarely see a female lecturer in this industry. So my sharing below will mainly focus on female operators and female lecturers in cross-border e-commerce.

To be honest, as a girl, I have to admit that female operators are not "valued" in the entire industry. We work hard and strive to achieve results just to prove that we are qualified and excellent operators. I always think that those of us who do cross-border e-commerce operations are pretty good! Because we have mastered many workplace survival skills. For example, Python web crawlers, advanced EXCEL applications, X-Mind, foreign languages, data analysis... If you are a nagging person, you may have a few more skills. For example, copywriting planning, media operations, traffic promotion...

In the workplace, both men and women cannot avoid the awkward age of 30. A data survey shows that the vast majority of ordinary women will enter the palace of marriage when they reach the right age and finally return to the family to act as housewives. At the same time, they will choose to sacrifice themselves to take care of their husbands and children. This is undoubtedly bad and fatal for me! I believe that there are many female friends like me who are unwilling to accept reality and do not succumb to marriage. So we choose to work hard and urge ourselves to be good enough in real time! In this way, if one day you go back to the mountain ditch and are urged to get married by your aunts and uncles or even want to break you and him up, you will have the capital and qualifications to tell them: I can support myself and feed myself. My dream is firmly established. Do I need you to interfere?

I want to tell every female friend who is engaged in cross-border e-commerce that maintaining a sense of crisis is a quality we should have. Whether in the workplace or in marriage. I am not advocating feminism, I just hope that you can all understand one thing: marriage is not the end. As long as you are alive and breathing, you should be a proud black swan with your ability. Whether the future is "poor" or "rich", being a girl who is very independent in material and spirit is the attitude you should have! If you are unhappy, what's wrong with spending money to buy happiness?

Many people say that cross-border e-commerce is a job for young people. From my practical experience, this statement seems to be true. This is especially true for working women. So how can we avoid being persuaded to quit by the boss after the age of 30? Here I would like to share my humble opinion!

1. Start a side job when time and energy allow. My side job gave me the courage to quit my job. Why do I suggest you start a side job? If one day you get fired and can't find a suitable job, you will realize the necessity of a side job!

2. Blind your boss and beat the older generation to get into management. If you have good overall abilities and can be appreciated by your boss and recognized by your colleagues, then working hard before the age of 30 to become your boss's right-hand man is also a good choice. As long as the company doesn't go bankrupt, you can settle down here. But in fact, the higher the level, the busier the people are. They are often hundreds of times busier than the grassroots staff. The risks and pressures they bear are also greater. This is really a matter of getting paid for what you do!

3. Girls with outstanding performance and their own unique trading methods can consider becoming cross-border e-commerce training instructors. If you pay attention, you will know that the talent gap in cross-border e-commerce is as high as 4.5 million. From this set of data, it is not difficult to analyze that the cross-border e-commerce training service market will be a high-level big cake. But the larger the platform, the higher the requirements for recruiting instructors. For example, when an organization was recruiting Amazon operation training instructors, the HR said that the individual must have 5 to 6 years of operation experience and annual sales of more than 5 million US dollars. So friends who want to share the cake should work harder to learn, reflect and summarize more in their daily operation work.

Turning 30 is not that scary. It’s just that we have to make ourselves able to resist various risks before we turn 30. I always feel that the speed at which I make money cannot keep up with the speed at which my parents are getting old.
