Development History

In August 2020, Charoen Pokphand Group, Thailand's largest commercial group, completed the acquisition of Thai e-commerce auction platform Chilindo for US$18 million through its digital branch Ascend Commerce. Through this acquisition, Chilindo will develop together with Ascend's Thai B2C e-commerce platform WeMall in the Thai e-commerce market, which is still in the midst of the epidemic.
