Qian Qian , whose English name is Alice, was born on November 7, 1990 in a little-known small city - Tongchuan, Shaanxi. Both of her parents are civil servants. In 2009, Alice went to Tianjin Foreign Studies University to study. This was the first time in her life that she was away from her hometown and parents and went to a strange city. She never thought that this would be an important turning point in her life. By chance, the school had an opportunity to study in Germany. Fortunately, Alice was selected and immediately went to Munich University of Applied Languages ​​for a one-year study.


In October 2011, Qian Qian came to Munich, Germany with a big schoolbag on her back, and started a one-year study abroad journey. Alice was full of expectations for this year. Standing alone in the crowd, passing by people with different skin colors and speaking different languages, I felt lonely for no reason. I missed the blue sky and white clouds of my motherland, and the people and things in my hometown. Even if I looked up and saw the same moon, I felt far away and lonely.


On the first day of her life in Germany, the independent Alice made up her mind to break away from the shackles of her family and get rid of her original dependence. Since the opportunity to study in Germany was an exchange student quota that Alice fought for when she was studying at Tianjin Foreign Studies University, her tuition was completely waived and the only thing she had to pay was the monthly rent of 350 Euros.


After much trouble, Alice came to the sissi fashion shop in Munich, Germany. In the eyes of ordinary people, this is not a very glamorous job. It is just a chain shoe store in Munich, which also sells fashionable accessories and clothes. Alice is in charge of the sales work of one floor. In the spring of 2013, everything was revived and everything was breathing fresh air. That year, young Alice had completed a double degree in Germany, passed the TestDaF, and returned to China with advanced foreign operation and sales concepts.


Alice never rested at any moment after returning to China. She always remembered that she was going to be the queen. In just two years from 2013 to 2015, Alice worked for three companies and was solely responsible for maintaining relationships with foreign customers and a separate German Amazon account, including handling emails, confirming goods details with customers, tracking logistics numbers, seeking positive reviews, handling after-sales, etc. She made a sales volume of 3,000 euros with a new account within a month, and obtained 5 positive reviews, no negative review complaints, and successfully maintained an Etsy account by herself.

At the beginning of 2015, Alice established and operated Amazon, Etsy, eBay and other platforms by herself. Three months later, Etsy achieved a monthly sales of 200,000. Later, Amazon emerged as a new force, and Alice became the main sales force, achieving amazing results. In particular, the monthly sales of the European site reached over a thousand orders, over a million, and the team size increased to 12 people.

During this period, she was responsible for the overall operation and management of the company's Amazon and other platforms, and built the company's framework. The company's departments and division of labor became increasingly complete, and the reward and punishment system became increasingly perfect. With previous experience and connections, Alice often communicated with Amazon's internal employees to understand the latest industry trends and sent them to various departments for implementation. She also attended important meetings at Amazon and conveyed important information . The three words "Amazon " are of great significance to Alice, and she can't finish talking about them for three days and three nights. She first met "Amazon" because at the beginning of her graduation, the limitations of her major put three paths in front of Alice: one is translation, one is teaching, and the other is foreign trade. For the first two, they are too bland and unchallenging, so Alice chose the third path without hesitation and embarked on the "Amazon" path. But there is no return after this trip. The Amazon cake is too big, and everyone wants to cut it, but not everyone can cut it well, and there is a problem of uneven cutting. The root cause is that there are certain problems in the operation of sellers. Amazon is different from Taobao in China, and traditional methods and concepts cannot control it. 13 years later, Amazon has passed the bonus period, and the entire platform is in the stage of seller screening. Some black technology methods that were originally used to show off have been blocked. Whether sellers can gain a foothold depends on whether they can play with products and operations, which has caused more and more large, medium and small sellers to encounter bottlenecks.


Alice, who has many years of work experience at Amazon, saw this dilemma at a glance. As more and more people around her turned to Alice for help with operational skills, Alice resolutely resigned from her position as vice president with a monthly salary of over 100,000 yuan and founded the Cross-Border Business School, conveying a unique and effective Amazon operational philosophy.
