More than half of the 13,000 accounts that were blocked were empty package fraud accounts. This method of using the time difference between the delivery cycle and Amazon's loan cycle to fake order numbers and fake shipments to defraud Amazon of loans was one of the magic tricks that Chinese sellers used to fleece Amazon in the early days. This operation seems to be legal. Isn’t this just a drop shipping method? Amazon mentioned two fraud methods in this method. One is to purchase the same product on the same Amazon platform, but use black cards (including Amazon gift cards and credit cards) to pay. The other is to place an order with a local supplier of the consumer, such as Walmart, Costco, etc., and deliver it to the customer.

In the first case, using a black card for payment is definitely a violation, but in the second case, Amazon also classified it as fraud and suspended the account, which is a bit too much. Many sellers are in this dealer model and need to purchase products from other channels to deliver to customers. You can't close the store just because the seller needs to purchase products from other places to deliver to customers.
