Sending emails is a common practice for Amazon sellers. Proactively sending tracking emails to customers can increase the probability of consumers leaving reviews , increase your number of reviews and ratings , and bring you more sales.


However, if you want to improve the efficiency of sending emails, email templates are indispensable. Here are three email templates for sellers:

1. Order confirmation email template


Amazon has a strict email policy, so sellers cannot customize emails.

But you can provide useful information such as product usage guides in order confirmation emails to increase buyer satisfaction and engagement.

Hello Amazon Valued Customer,

Thank you for your recent purchase of (product name) from (store name). Your order hasn't shipped yet, but we will send you an email when it does.

Before you get your hands on your box of happiness, we have some important information that helps you to use it in a safe manner.

(The following content can be modified according to your own products)

2. Email template after delivery


Sellers can send emails a few days after the order is delivered, asking them to leave a review, at this point they still have an impression of your product.

If the first two emails don’t result in the customer leaving a review, and they haven’t returned the product, you can send a final email a few weeks after delivery. Here’s the template:

Feel free to share your thoughts with us so we can improve and keep up the work we're good at. Most importantly, your valued feedback can also help other customers to make an informed decision.

When sending emails to consumers, sellers must also comply with Amazon's relevant policies to avoid having their accounts frozen. Be careful not to include the following in your tracking emails:

Add the word “Important” to the subject line of non - important emails

·   Send marketing or promotional information

Don’t use language to induce or incentivize users to comment

·   Ask consumers to delete or update product reviews

·   Links or attachments not related to completing an order

·   Display or link to your website's logo

·   Any content that violates the contact buyer policy, etc.
