In fact, it is not the first time that Amazon’s system has had bugs, and problems have repeatedly occurred in the advertising backend, often leaving sellers confused.
 

In September 2018, some sellers reported that they could not access Amazon’s backend advertising. They bid twice as high for manual advertising using the words filtered by their own automatic advertising, but received no exposure.


In January 2019, sellers reported that multiple advertising campaigns had budgets exceeded, with the highest actual cost exceeding 700%. The original budget was set at $10, but the actual cost was nearly $80!


Similar situations have occurred several times. It seems that Amazon needs to optimize the backend system and give sellers an explanation. After all, no one's money comes from the wind, and sellers can't withstand such a blow no matter how strong their minds are.
 
Faced with the sky-high advertising fees in the background of Amazon, more sellers expressed helplessness. The system has a bug and the sellers are helpless. They just hope that this is not true and that it can return to normal as soon as possible.
