Notes on opening a store

 

1. Catch.com.au platform evaluates the quality of seller accounts based on the following criteria :

 

Complaint rate: Sellers are required to have a complaint rate of less than 15%

Order response time: Sellers must respond to customer orders within 48 hours

Order acceptance rate: The seller's order acceptance rate must be higher than 95%

Cancelling orders: Sellers can only cancel two orders before being suspended

Rejected orders: If the total number of rejected orders exceeds 9 , no refund will be made.

 

2. Seller product selection

 

As catch.com.au is still in its early stages of development, it is not easy for common niche products to succeed. The advice to sellers is: try to choose unique products with characteristics when selecting products. At the same time, catch focuses on discounted products, so sellers need to give full consideration when pricing their products in order to be more successful.

 

3. If the seller has the following behaviors during store operation, the account may be banned by Catch :

 

Reject order

Exaggerated sales

No orders will be accepted for more than 48 hours

Delayed delivery - more than 3 days

Complaint rate is too high

Step 1: After Catch completes the initial review of the account, the seller needs to complete the account details

 

Step 2: In the bank account details column, you can submit your bank account information at Wanlihui. In addition to the basic bank account information, you also need to provide a bank certificate letter.

 

How to download the bank confirmation letter:

 

1. Log in to WorldFirst backend:

https://trading.worldfirst.com.cn


2. Click "Currency Account" on the left , select the currency account you need, and click "Apply for Account Certification Letter"

3. Choose which type of account to use to issue the letter of certification. For details, please see the next step.

4. If you want to use the default account of Wanlihui to issue the certification letter, please select "Use the default account holder name" and fill in the English address of the account holder to complete the application.

5. If you want to use a mainland company account to issue a letter of certification, please select "Use other account holder name" - "Mainland China company" and fill in the company name/company address/business license number to complete the application

6. If you want to use a Hong Kong company account to issue a letter of certification, please select "Use other account holder name" - "Hong Kong Company, China" and fill in the company name/company address/company registration number to complete the application.

7. If you want to use a mainland personal account to issue a letter of certification, please select "Use other account holder name" - "Mainland China individual" Fill in the account holder's Chinese and English name/address/gender/date of birth/ID number to complete the application

8. Please note that we will send an account verification letter within one working day after you complete the online application ( *If you want to use a company or personal account in another country/region to issue a verification letter, or if you encounter any problems during the application, please contact our account manager directly)
