After going public, Santai Co., Ltd. has made steady progress and achieved a revenue of 1.7 billion yuan in 2023!

It is learned that Shenzhen Dama Santai Co., Ltd. recently released its 2023 annual performance report.


During the reporting period, Santai Co., Ltd. achieved revenue of 1.701 billion yuan, an increase of 7.08% over the same period last year; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 124 million yuan, a decrease of 12.12% over the same period last year.



In 2023, Santai continued to optimize business-related systems, further expanded the implementation of intelligent applications, and significantly improved the company's efficiency. However, due to external environmental reasons and business norms, the revenue of e-commerce business decreased year-on-year.


First, the continued growth of the scale of cross-border e-commerce business and the mismatch between supply and demand in the aviation logistics industry have resulted in long-term, sustained tension in air transport demand and rising freight rates. The constraints of insufficient air transport capacity have affected the company's direct mail delivery fulfillment capabilities, resulting in fourth quarter peak season sales falling short of expectations. On the other hand, the internal and external regulatory environment related to cross-border trade has become increasingly stringent, and third-party platforms have placed higher requirements on the compliance of cross-border sellers. Compliance costs have risen, which in turn affected the company's business growth.


From the perspective of regional structure, the regional structure remains stable. Europe, North America, and Asia are still the main markets, with revenue shares of 36.98%, 27.69%, and 23.79%, respectively. In the same period last year, the revenue shares of the above three regions were 32.43%, 27.11%, and 25.35%. From the perspective of the platform distribution of e-commerce business, Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, and Shopee are still the main ones, with revenue shares of 32.36%, 15.48%, 15.46%, and 14.07%, respectively.


It is learned that San Tai Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive enterprise engaged in export cross-border e-commerce retail and third-party export cross-border e-commerce logistics. Since 2007, it has focused on export cross-border e-commerce retail business, and derived export cross-border e-commerce logistics business in 2009. In terms of business model, San Tai Co., Ltd. implements a pan-category strategy. Currently, there are about 830,000 SKUs on sale, with nearly 100 subcategories. The sales channels include more than 30 major global and regional e-commerce platforms, covering consumers in more than 200 countries.
