Acquisitions

In 2008, Infibeam acquired Picsquare.com, a personalized photo printing website.

In 2014, nfibeam acquired Odigma, a digital marketing company.

In 2017, Infibeam merged with CCAVenue.

Financing

In January 2017, Infibeam received an equity investment of US$8.8 million from media giant Bennett, Coleman and Company Ltd (BCCL).

In April 2018, e-commerce platform Infibeam announced a new round of financing of 400 million rupees, led by Network18, a subsidiary of Reliance Industry. After this round of investment, Network18 will integrate Infibeam's e-commerce services into multiple platforms under Network18 Group to build a larger customer base.
