"Part Finder" was developed by Partpic, a video search engine company acquired by Amazon in 2016.

"Part Finder" can identify more than 100 types of parts. Specifically, depending on the different subdivisions and sizes of the parts, the number of parts that can be scanned and identified can reach thousands or even tens of thousands.

However, PartFinder can currently only help users find some fasteners, namely screws, nuts, bolts, and washers, but the company said the functionality will soon be expanded to other replacement parts.

To turn on "Part Finder", users simply open the Amazon mobile client, select the camera icon in the upper right corner, then click on the bottom of the screen and select "Part Finder".
