aCommerce, founded by Paul Srivorakul in June 2013, provides end-to-end e-commerce solutions to bring brands into the online retail space, including platform building and development, order fulfillment and accessories, shipping and logistics, customer service call center, content production, transaction marketing and channel management.

Distribution Model

aCommerce usually purchases products from brands, stores them in its own warehouses, and then sells them through online channels.

Financing

In July 2014, it received US$10.7 million in Series A funding from Japan's Docomo.

In May 2015, it received US$5 million in financing and in December, DKSH received a strategic investment.

In July 2016, aCommerce received US$10 million in financing, led by MDI Ventures, with other investors including Australian fund Blue Sky and previous investor DKSH.

In November 2017, aCommerce received a US$65 million Series B financing led by Emerald Media, a subsidiary of KKR.
