What is Shopee Coupon? Shopee Coupon Review
In order to provide buyers with a more comfortable shopping experience and better satisfy the consumer psychology of users, Shopee has officially launched the coupon function on 7 major sites. Sellers can set up store product coupons and shipping discount coupons in the seller backend center, and buyers can also view the coupons they have received in the personal center of the APP.

What is the My voucher feature?

Sellers can create coupons that belong only to their own stores in the Seller Center.

Coupon form

• Spend XXX amount in the store to get XXX amount off, for example: spend 100 to get 20 off

• XX% discount coupons for some or all products (you can set a discount cap and minimum purchase amount), for example: spend 500 to enjoy a 10% discount, with a discount cap of 50

Coupon Level

First-tier voucher: This type of voucher is set at a price lower than the average customer unit price, which can attract buyers to directly place orders and increase the number of orders.

Second-tier vouchers: Close to the average customer unit price, it is found that more buyers can use this type of voucher. An appropriate range can stabilize the sales of goods in the long term.

Three-tier voucher: Even if the average customer order value of the goods in the store is low, since buyers may purchase multiple products in one order, high-threshold coupons can still be set to encourage buyers to place orders in batches, which is conducive to increasing sales.

FAQ

1. Do I need to pay for the coupon in advance?

There is no need for sellers to pay in advance. Sellers can create coupons directly in the Seller Center. Only when the buyer's order is successfully completed will the amount of the coupon be deducted from the seller's payment.

2. How many times can each buyer use each coupon?

Each coupon buyer can only use it once, but can use other types of discount codes from the same store.

3. If a coupon expires but is not used up, will the seller need to pay the corresponding coupon fee?

There is no need to pay at all. The coupon will become invalid once it expires, and the seller does not need to pay anything for the coupon.

4. Can discount codes be used repeatedly?

• Discount codes can only be reused if they are still valid under the following three circumstances:

- The buyer canceled the order before entering the payment process

- The seller canceled the order

- Return and refund completed
