1. About Shi Ding Shield

"Shidingdun" means "standing in the world, holding a shield to protect knowledge", which means that Zhang Yong hopes that his team can become a world-class legal team, based in China, looking at the world, holding a shield, for Made in China, Created in China, and protecting intellectual property rights holders, and traveling around the world. Zhang Yong, senior partner of Dentons Shenzhen Office, graduated from Shenzhen University and Chicago-Kent College of Law of Illinois Institute of Technology with a master's degree in law. He interned at the intellectual property firm "FLENER IP & BUSINESS LAW OFFICE" in Chicago, USA for one year. The intellectual property cases he handled have won the annual top ten cases of Alibaba, Shenzhen Law Association, and Dentons Shenzhen Office. In 2020, Zhang Yong was rated as "a recommended lawyer in the direction of intellectual property litigation" by Legal 500; he is also a special mediator of the People's Court of Qianhai Cooperation Zone, Shenzhen, a mediation expert member of the Shenzhen Mediation Center of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, a member of the Overseas Rights Protection Expert Pool of the China (Shenzhen) Intellectual Property Protection Center, and a practical instructor of the School of Humanities of Xi'an Polytechnic University. Zhang has 16 years of legal practice experience, focusing on the field of intellectual property, and hopes to use his professional knowledge to escort cross-border e-commerce overseas.

8. Help sellers deal with disputes related to Amazon and file arbitration applications with the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
