On the Inventory tab, click Manage Amazon Shipments. Find the completed shipment with quantity discrepancies and click Track Shipment. In the inbound workflow, click View Item Information, and the system will prompt you with the discrepancy details and processing procedures.

Amazon requires that the following documents be included with any investigative requests:

Proof of inventory ownership: Acceptable documentation includes invoices from suppliers, receipts from other sellers, or signed packing slips (if you are a manufacturer).

Proof of delivery: Provide a bill of lading showing the number of boxes and total weight in the shipment when the carrier picks it up. The document must be stamped by Amazon to confirm that the fulfillment center has signed for the shipment. This information can be provided by the cooperating freight forwarder.

After submitting the above information, if the review determines that the Amazon warehouse lost the goods, Amazon will give you a compromise compensation price based on your preferential price and the average selling price of your peers. Usually, it is the product selling price minus Amazon's category commission and FBA delivery fee.

It should be noted here that currently applications can only be submitted for shipments with differences within 9 months, so sellers who have not yet done a verification must check it in time.
