Every year, many Chinese sellers join Amazon, and Chinese sellers account for half of Amazon. However, it is not easy to register a new Amazon account.

Since Amazon opened account registration for 2021, many Amazon sellers have rushed to register new accounts, but registration is one thing, and it is still uncertain when the account will be opened.
 
Take the sellers on the European site as an example. Not only are the registered accounts still under review, but problems such as the second review and KYC review have also arisen.
 
I believe that some sellers will definitely encounter a very tricky problem when registering an account: the new account triggers an audit. Some European sellers also encounter KYC audits when registering new accounts. Sellers who only encounter KYC audits may only need to solve KYC, but if both the second audit and KYC audit are triggered at the same time , the sellers will feel very uncomfortable!

“You are receiving this email because you recently applied to sell on Amazon or changed the information in your seller account.
 
If you recently applied to sell on Amazon: At this time, we are unable to verify your account and therefore cannot activate your account. Please follow the steps in "How do I continue my application or reactivate my account?"
 
The seller said that he received this email the day after he registered his account. He was confused when he saw the email and didn’t know what review was triggered. The background only showed "Your account failed our verification process. Please check your email for more information."
 
The seller was very confused when he got here, and then he found other experienced sellers to ask for advice. After asking, he found that he had triggered the second review and KYC at the same time . Another seller said: Now when registering an Amazon European account, most people will encounter the second review, and the second review will start after the monthly rent is deducted. There are also many sellers who will trigger the second review and KYC at the same time . If you encounter this situation, you must deal with the second review first and then the KYC. The order must not be wrong . There are only 3 chances to appeal , so you must not make any mistakes when submitting the information!
 
Let me share a few points you should pay attention to when it comes to account review. I hope everyone can pass it smoothly when registering an account!

1. When registering an account, make sure that the network environment and credit card are clean. Using any VPN, VPS, and super browser is risky.

2. The information submitted when registering an account must be accurate and cannot be forged. The email address filled in when registering must have never been used to register an Amazon account .

3. When filling in the company name, address, and contact information, please use pinyin and it must be exactly the same as on the business license .

4. The company's business license must be a color photo or scanned copy, and must have a unified social credit code. The address on the business license must be consistent with the office address (Business Address) filled in on the seller platform . If they are inconsistent, they must first be changed to be consistent in the seller's backend.
