What is European Distance Selling Law? A Review of European Distance Selling Law
Europe's Distance Selling Regulation (DSR) allows you to use UK VAT to ship goods from UK FBA to Germany or other EU countries as long as the distance sales limit is not exceeded, and you do not need to register for VAT in other EU countries. Germany's cumulative sales in 12 months do not exceed 100,000 euros, while France, Spain and Italy's sales do not exceed 35,000 euros.
