1. Make a complaint to Temu customer service;
2. Go to Amazon customer service and tell them that your product images have been stolen and ask for help (no use)

If temu does not handle it, write down their complaint number, ask temu to provide the supplier's business license and contact information, and go to the Internet Court to sue for copyright infringement, and ask the court to order a cost of no less than 20,000 RMB for rights protection.

If Temu does not provide the supplier information, threaten to transfer the copyright of my pictures to Shein and give Shein evidence so that Shein can use it more easily against Temu when he sues you, or directly let an American lawyer sue Temu and make him bear joint and several liability. For images with logos, you don't need to file a copyright complaint.
