The specific functions are as follows:
When sellers reply to a customer's message, they can see the customer's order total and shipping status at the same time.
When buyers ask for help with their orders, the Etsy system will prompt them to upload photos, and sellers will be able to more visually see where the problem lies.
A "Post Refund" tab will be added to the chat interface, where buyers can issue a refund directly without adding any description information.
