Carvana, an online used car platform in the United States, is launching a next-day delivery service in two new markets in Missouri. Customers can arrange for next-day delivery within five minutes of placing an order.
Carvana, also known as the "Amazon of the automotive industry," currently has more than 45,000 used cars for sale nationwide and has operations in 307 cities across the U.S. The two new markets recently announced are Springfield and Joplin, Missouri.
It is reported that Carvana users also enjoy a seven-day return service instead of a traditional test drive, which ensures that customers have enough time to determine whether the vehicle meets their needs.
Customers can also sell their current vehicle to Carvana and receive a real offer in as little as five minutes, without having to purchase a vehicle. To sell a vehicle, customers enter their VIN or license plate number on Carvana.com, answer a few questions, and Carvana picks up the vehicle and brings them a check, as soon as the next day.
In addition, Carvana operates "car vending machines" in 29 locations, which are designed to provide customers who purchase vehicles on Carvana's omnichannel used car buying and selling platform with a fast and convenient pick-up option.
