Bed Bath & Beyond products are now available on Kroger.com!

It is learned that on April 6, US retail giant Kroger announced a formal cooperation with home furnishings retailer Bed Bath & Beyond. The latter's products have been launched on the Kroger.com platform and will be sold on a trial basis in Kroger stores later this year.

The collaboration was originally announced in November 2021. It is reported that there are currently thousands of Bed Bath & Beyond products to choose from on the Kroger platform, ranging from bedding and storage cabinets to baby furniture and equipment from Bed Bath & Beyond and its BuyBuyBaby chain.

Stuart Aitken, Kroger senior vice president and chief merchant and marketing officer, noted that the partnership allows customers to combine Kroger grocery, Bed Bath & Beyond home products and BuyBuyBaby baby care products in a single order.

Kroger and Bed Bath & Beyond also plan to pilot branded store-in-store experiences that will include select products from Bed Bath & Beyond and buybuyBaby.

Bed Bath & Beyond is expanding its sales reach as it deals with investors following disappointing third-quarter results. Meanwhile, Kroger has been pursuing a strategy to increase its e-commerce presence.

Planning and design for BedBath & Beyond’s Kroger in-store pilot program is also well underway and will launch later this year.
