1. Product Details
1. Before listing, perfect the title and 5-point description, prepare keywords, and describe the product differentiation;
2. Analyze competitor reviews, find out the issues that users are most concerned about, and solve them in advance;
3. Refer to the main and secondary pictures of competitors and best-selling products, and add differentiated designs while ensuring the quality of the pictures;
4. Calculate the affordable pricing range based on target competing products and initial promotion costs;
5. Find out the issues that customers care about based on competing products and create 3-5 QA questions.

2. Promotion (0-1 month)
0-1 week: Drainage
1. Create a 10% discount for Amazon members and a 5% discount for coupons;
2. CPC ads use automatic ads and run out of words; pay attention to ad exposure and click-through rate, and optimize the listing in time if it is too low;
3. Download the advertising report during the new product promotion process, extract the keywords in the report, and optimize them to the product title. (You can associate them in the hyperlink module of the old product A+, or position the ads under the competitor's products and your own old products to attract traffic)

1-2 weeks: Increase traffic and improve conversions
1. Accumulate reviews, through various forms of review requests and reviewers submitting reviews, to accumulate reviews for new products and increase their weight;
2. Optimize CPC ads. Download the keyword report of the first week of automatic ads, check the exposure and click-through rate, and decide whether to optimize and adjust the listing. Expand the keywords that appear in the automatic ads and perform broad matching (if they are determined to be core keywords, you can directly perform precise matching) (report flash sales if possible, and avoid weekends and holidays).

2-4 weeks: Improve conversions
1. Consider whether to increase membership discounts and coupon discounts (to increase conversions) based on the promotion capacity
2. Through the advertising reports of the previous two weeks, filter out keywords with high click-through rate and conversion rate; add broad match, increase investment, test buyer search terms and output words to increase exposure and traffic.

3. Stabilizing and increasing rankings (January to March)
1. Increase CPC advertising investment, and according to Guangji report, move excellent keywords into precise matching (you can fine-tune the listing according to the core words) to improve conversion rate;
2. Request reviews and add reviews;
3. Increase the intensity of flash sales on the site and attract traffic.
4. Pay attention to the front-end rankings and data; handle emails and follow up on negative customer reviews;
5. Fix the keyword report for next week every week and optimize the advertisement;
6. Improve and optimize listing;
7. Check inventory daily and calculate replenishment cycle based on sales;
8. Extension products
