Materials required before registration:


1. Business license

(1) Must be issued by mainland China, Hong Kong or Taiwan;

Mainland China: Business License

Hong Kong, China: Certificate of Incorporation and Business Registration Ordinance

Taiwan: Limited Company Registration Form/Joint Stock Company Registration Form/Limited Company Change Registration Form/Joint Stock Company Change Registration Form


(2) Please provide color photos/scans. Black and white copies are not acceptable. The images must be complete, clear and readable.

(3) The Mainland China business license should be more than 60 days away from the expiration date, and the Hong Kong Business Registration Ordinance should be more than 45 days away from the expiration date.


2. Legal person ID card


(1) The name on the ID card must be consistent with the name of the legal representative on the business license;

(2) Must be issued by mainland China, Hong Kong or Taiwan;

(3) Please provide color photos/scans of both sides. Black and white photocopies will not be accepted.

(4) The image must be complete, clear and readable;

(5) The ID card should be valid.


3. Dual currency credit card ( must have Visa/Master Card logo and support deduction of USD and other foreign currencies)


4. Overseas payment account (such as third - party payment company: official payment tool ACCS)

(1) Utility bills for water, electricity, coal and internet: audits for North America and Japan are likely to be triggered;

(2) Product: pictures/description/certification;

(3) FBA first-leg logistics providers;

(4) If applying for Europe, please prepare KYC information;

(5) Category review information: Most categories do not require review. If an review is required, you will generally need to provide three VAT invoices issued within the past 90 days.


Amazon registration and store opening process :


(1) Contact the investment manager to register company information (one set of information can be registered for multiple sites, and different sites have different email addresses)

(2) The account manager will send a registration invitation link;

(3) Click the invitation link and complete the registration online;
