Great news! Policies of major platforms and tax exemptions for enterprises...

In the face of the epidemic, the delayed start of supply chain and logistics has caused many cross-border sellers to fall into the dilemma of having no goods to ship and being unable to ship. In order to help cross-border sellers reduce losses, major cross-border platforms and local governments have issued a number of major favorable policies. Xiaozhi has made a summary for you, don't miss it!

Policies of major e-commerce platforms

Amazon: Official guidance on logistics, store operations, and customs inspection policies

Logistics: For self-shipping sellers and FBA sellers, it is recommended to check the logistics delivery time efficiency and adjust the available quantity and delivery time in time.

Self-delivery sellers can operate according to their own sources of goods and the situation of the cooperating logistics providers. For those that are basically unable to ship in the entire store, they can be set to "vacation mode" and not sell them temporarily; if there are still some products available for sale, the products that cannot be fulfilled on time can be removed from the shelves; if all products can be sold, but the timeliness is relatively extended, the merchant can set a longer delivery preparation time;

For FBA sellers, they can consider shipping in batches and shipping to FBA warehouses on a first-come, first-served basis. Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) will resume online booking services from February 3. From February 10, Amazon's global logistics service team will fully resume work.

Store operation: Sellers should promptly adjust store operation plans according to the epidemic situation, actively communicate with buyers, and cancel orders that cannot be delivered on time.

eBay: Adjusting order processing cut-off times

In response to the delay in resumption of work and foreseeable congestion in logistics caused by the epidemic, eBay's relevant protection is carried out by uniformly adjusting the order processing deadline and the estimated latest delivery time in the background.

For items shipped from mainland China and Hong Kong, the public holiday calculation is temporarily extended to February 9 and February 2, respectively. In addition, the estimated delivery time for each economy logistics option, SpeedPAK logistics option, and ePacket logistics option is also extended by 5-10 working days.

For affected transactions that have occurred before the background adjustment, the estimated delivery time visible to the buyer cannot be changed, but the CBT assessment model, non-receipt of goods disputes and Global seller rating will be calculated and adjusted accordingly based on the protection principles mentioned above.

AliExpress's "Six Guarantees"

On February 4, the cross-border export platform AliExpress launched the "Six Major Guarantees" initiative to support the operations of platform merchants during the epidemic. The initiatives include full-link rule guarantees, logistics guarantees, worry-free return guarantees, financial loan guarantees, traffic promotion guarantees, merchant services and empowerment guarantees, etc.

The AliExpress platform stated that for orders (from domestic merchants) that were successfully paid before 23:59:59 Beijing time on February 10 and are currently awaiting shipment, the platform will exempt them from liability for penalties related to delivery issues, online delivery NR non-receipt disputes, and DSR scores.

If third-party evidence is required for the above-mentioned order-related disputes, the time for providing evidence will be extended to February 12, Beijing time, to give merchants sufficient time to handle the situation. Merchants who signed up for marketing activities before the holiday but are unable to fulfill their obligations at this stage will be allowed to withdraw and be exempted from liability.

Wish: Releases seven policies to deal with the epidemic

In the face of the epidemic, Wish has recently launched seven major policy supports to help merchants overcome difficulties. From extended order fulfillment time, compensation exemption, order refund liability exemption to delayed warehouse overtime fee exemption... With so many policy supports, stores continue to operate and orders are fulfilled as soon as possible.

For details, please refer to the article " Compensation exemption, order fulfillment time extension...Wish and you work together to fight the epidemic! "

Shopee: Logistics time exemption extended

The logistics time exemption during the Spring Festival is extended to February 9, that is, there is a 17-day logistics time exemption from January 24 to February 9.

Take the calculation of late shipment as an example:

Assume: For an order generated on January 22, the DTS is 2 days, and it can be scanned at the warehouse before February 12;

Assume: For an order generated on January 25, the DTS is 2 days, and it can be scanned at the warehouse before February 13;

Assumption: For an order generated on January 29, the DTS is 2 days, and it can be scanned at the warehouse before February 13.

Note: Logistics time exemption only applies to the seller's estimated stocking time (DTS). There is no logistics time exemption on natural days.

For details, please see the article " Notice of Shopee Platform Policy Adjustment in Response to Epidemic ".

Lazada: Warehouse entry time and Spring Festival order adjustments

Adjustment of warehouse entry time: Orders generated between 0:00 on January 20 and 24:00 on February 9 will be regarded as Spring Festival orders;

Spring Festival orders can be scanned and entered into the warehouse before 24:00 on February 14 (the indicator of order RTS set in the system will not be assessed for the time being);

If the Spring Festival orders are cancelled by consumers, it will not affect the seller's store indicators;

If the order needs to be shipped during this period, the warehouse currently provides delivery and door-to-door collection services, and the seller can arrange the delivery normally;

For products that cannot be shipped normally after 24:00 on February 9, please remove them from the shelves in a timely manner, and you can negotiate with the buyer in a friendly manner;

If the majority of the store's products still cannot be delivered to the warehouse in time after February 10, it is recommended to set it to holiday mode.
