Amazon front-end suddenly abnormal, all connection ports destroyed?

Last weekend, before sellers could enjoy a rare day off, they were caught off guard by Amazon's sudden infringement emails. Before this wave of large-scale bans subsided, a large number of sellers reported problems at the front desk.

We have learned that recently many sellers have collectively reported that the front desk of Amazon US site has abnormalities and they cannot log in after changing multiple browsers. At first, some sellers suspected that it was a network problem, but other sites can log in normally.

Some sellers said that it can be opened by connecting to a VPN or using the Purple Bird browser, but it cannot be opened by using the browser directly.

However, some sellers reported that they could not log in successfully even if they climbed over the firewall , and both the PC and mobile terminals displayed abnormalities. According to the seller, the telecom line had previously failed, and a telecom insider said that it would be impossible to connect in the future and that they would not invest in the connection port anymore. However, this news has not been confirmed yet.

Summarizing the feedback from sellers, the main problems currently encountered at the front desk are:

1. The US site cannot be accessed normally, but the other sites are normal.

2. Unable to log in directly using the browser, both the PC and mobile terminals are unstable and abnormal.

3. There is a problem with the telecommunications line , and access is also impossible even if you connect to the China Mobile or China Unicom lines.

According to the ideas provided by the seller, the current solutions mainly include:

1. Use the Internet scientifically

2. Use ZiNiao Browser

3. Mobile devices that have been downloaded for more than one year can be used normally, but those that have been downloaded for half a year or less cannot be accessed.

However, sellers have different opinions on the sudden front desk anomaly of Amazon, and some of the opinions are contradictory. Some sellers said that they can successfully enter the front desk by surfing the Internet, while others cannot; some sellers cannot use the three lines of China Telecom, China Unicom and China Mobile normally, while others can connect to China Unicom and China Mobile ports.

For this reason, some sellers have opened a case to consult customer service, and the reply they received was that they had not received any notification for the time being, and it should be due to Amazon maintenance. Sellers can only wait patiently, and it may be restored after a while.

At present, Amazon has not officially responded to this matter. Amidst various opinions, it is impossible to determine the real cause of the front-end abnormality and provide an effective solution.
