Award content

China Awards has seven major awards, namely Capital Elite Award, Top Investor in China Award, Top Italian Investor Award, Value Creator Award, Golden Lion Award, Italian Excellence Award and Corporate Social Responsibility Award.

Award significance

The establishment of the China Awards has promoted the international development between the two countries and strengthened communication and exchanges between China and Italy in terms of capital, goods, services, personnel flows, and ways of thinking.

Organizer

The "China Awards 2010" is jointly sponsored by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development, the Italian Ministry of the Environment and the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, co-organized by the Italy-China Foundation and Milan Finance Magazine (MF), and co-organized by the Italy-China Chamber of Commerce.

Awarding Process

In November 2006, the Italian Finance "China Awards 2006" organized by the Italy-China Foundation held a grand award ceremony at the Prince Hotel in Milan. That night, 2 Outstanding Contribution Company Awards, 3 Chinese Companies with the Largest Investment in Italy Awards, 9 Value Creation Awards, 10 Italian Companies with the Largest Investment in China Awards, and 18 Individual Awards were presented.

In December 2010, Claudia Mazzucco, CEO of the famous Italian publishing company Mediterranean Cedar SpA, was awarded the "Capital Elite Outstanding Female Manager" award in recognition of her outstanding business growth through the establishment of a Beijing representative office, the delivery of educational concepts and creative ideas.

In November 2011, at an award ceremony jointly organized by the Italy-China Foundation and Milan Financial Daily, AC Milan was named "China's Most Popular Team in 2011" and Gallieri attended the award ceremony.

On November 28, 2013, the "China Awards 2013" jointly organized by the Italy-China Foundation, the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce and Milano Finanza held a grand award ceremony in Milan, Italy. Ferrero's "Kinder+Sports" China project won the "Corporate Social Responsibility Award" in the award.

On November 26, 2015, the 10th annual Italian "China Awards" ceremony hosted by the Italy-China Foundation was held at the Leonardo da Vinci National Museum of Science and Technology in Milan. Totwoo won the 2015 "Annual China Award", becoming another innovative Chinese company to win this honor after Tencent's WeChat won the award in 2014, and also the first Chinese fashion company to win this international honor.

In December 2016, the 11th “China Awards” ceremony was held at the Leonardo da Vinci National Museum of Science and Technology (Museo della Scienza e della Tecnologia “Leonardo da Vinci”) in Milan, Italy, hosted by the Ministry of Finance of Milan and the Italy-China Foundation. In view of the remarkable achievements made by Revo Apos Europe in Italy, it was invited to attend this ceremony and successfully won the “Top Investor in Italy Award”.

In February 2017, the 2016 China Awards ceremony, jointly launched by the Italy-China Foundation and the Milan Financial Newspaper under the Class Media Group of Italy, was held at the Leonardo da Vinci National Museum of Science and Technology in Milan. GUSELLA, a high-end children's brand under Julong Group, won the 2016 "China Award of the Year".

In January 2018, the 12th "China Award" was held at the "Leonardo da Vinci Museum" in Milan. Kerry Logistics Network Limited, its Italian subsidiary Tuvia Italia SpA (Tuvia) and China Investment Corporation won the Capital Elite Award at this event. Five companies of the KHB Group, including Shanghai Kehua Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd., Gangtai Group and Ofo, won the Best Chinese Enterprise Award for Italian Investment.

In December 2018, the annual grand gathering of Chinese and Italian entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs, the "China Awards 2018 China Charity Dinner", was grandly opened at the Leonardo da Vinci Museum of Science and Technology in Milan. Hugo.com won the Italian "2018 China Awards" award.
