Development History

1998 , Tradiant was founded

In 2000 , APL, CP Ships, Crowley, CSAV, Hanjin, HMM, K Line, MOL, Senator, Wan Hai, Yang Ming and ZIM joined the Tradiant portfolio GTN (Global Transport Network) invested by ABN AMRO Private Equity Fund.

In 2001 , it was released and renamed GT Nexus .

In 2007 , Warburg Pincus spent US $ 120 million to acquire a 42.3% stake.

In 2013 , Tradecard and GT Nexus merged, and the new company continued to operate as GT Nexus , becoming the No. 1 global supply chain IT software company .

In 2015 , Infor spent $549.9 million to acquire 81.48% of the shares at a valuation of $ 675 million .

In 2016 , Infor acquired the remaining shares for US$ 130 million, and GT Nexus became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Infor .

On March 27, 2019 , Infor, a leading provider of industry-specific business cloud software , announced that its GT Nexus supply chain network has been renamed Infor Nexus to digitally reinvent the way supply chains operate—using data and intelligence to provide more customer-centric services.
