What is the Shopee order uncompleted rate? Shopee order uncompleted rate evaluation
In order to help improve the trust between buyers and sellers, Shopee has set up a calculation for the order incomplete rate .

definition

The order incomplete rate is based on the proportion of the seller's order cancellations and return requests in the past 7 days. The order incomplete calculation formula is: Cancellation rate + Return rate

standard

In the past 7 days, regardless of the total number of orders for the store, the order uncompleted rate must be less than 10%.

If it is higher than the standard, 1 point will be deducted according to the seller's scoring system.

Note: From January 6, 2020, serious violation of scoring status means that the order completion rate is greater than or equal to 10% and the number of cancellations, returns and refunds is greater than or equal to 15.

Advantages

If sellers can reduce the order incomplete rate, they can maintain a good sales record and provide buyers with a good shopping experience. This can not only improve buyer satisfaction, but also potentially bring in more sales.

If the store's order uncompleted rate is too high

How to reduce refund return rate

1. Ship the correct products

Confirm that the store has goods to ship and ensure that every order can be shipped;

2. Check whether the product is damaged or defective before shipment

Make sure all products are properly packaged: fragile items must be marked and given extra protection, such as air bags; the label must be clearly attached to the outermost layer of the product

3. Fill in the correct product description

Fill in the correct and detailed product details to ensure that buyers will not have any misunderstandings about the product. Product details must include accurate and detailed information such as size, color, material, shelf life, etc. Product photos can be placed from different angles to help buyers view the product more clearly.

4. Analyze the reasons for returns

Sellers can frequently check returned products, find out the reasons for the returns and make adjustments. If there is a quality problem with the product, they can consider removing the product from the shelves. Preventing refunds and returns in advance can reduce the chance of buyer loss and increase store satisfaction.
