Calculation of Seller Penalty Points System

If either the unfulfilled order rate or the late shipment rate does not meet the standard, 1 point will be scored; if both do not meet the standard, 2 points will be scored;

If either the uncompleted order rate or the late shipment rate is seriously below the standard, 2 points will be awarded; if both are seriously below the standard, 4 points will be awarded.
