About Qingduoduo

"Qingduoduo" is a transnational trade platform that aims to help Chinese cross-border e-commerce sellers and overseas warehouses deal with inventory problems. Through offline wholesale, retail and online distribution, it can effectively clear unsalable backlogs in a three-dimensional, all-round and effective manner.

"Qing Duoduo" was founded in Kansas City, Missouri, USA in July 2016. Relying on its 400,000 square feet self-operated dropshipping e-commerce warehouse, 5,000 square feet of product sample showroom, advanced and efficient cross-border distribution and retail systems, and high-quality operations management MBA talents, "Qing Duoduo" has helped thousands of cross-border e-commerce sellers clean up massive inventories and recovered tens of millions of dollars in losses.

Qingduoduo has opened several offline chain stores Dollar & Plus and hypermarkets in the United States, and established self-operated wholesale outlets in New York, Los Angeles, Bremen, Germany, etc. It is expected that the total number of stores will exceed 20 in 2021, and the total offline wholesale and retail sales will exceed US$50 million.

The "Qingduoduo" online distribution platform is expected to be fully launched on April 1, 2021. The biggest advantage of the platform is to distribute Amazon's high-quality and high-value products to sellers such as eBay, Walmart, Ali RTS, Wish, Tophatter, and independent stations at low prices, giving full play to the value of the products and bringing greater benefits to non-Amazon sellers.

Cooperation Model

1. Consignment model

a. About 10%-30% of Amazon’s retail price; the price can be increased appropriately for some hot-selling products.

b. The price drops by 10% in the second month and another 10% in the third month.

c. The consignment period is 3 months. After the fourth month, the seller can choose to donate; or choose to ship to a third-party warehouse in the United States, and Qingduoduo will bear 50% of the shipping costs. If the seller does not transfer the goods to the third-party warehouse within one month after the consignment period, it is assumed that the seller has chosen "donation".

d. If the seller chooses to donate, Qingduoduo will pay the seller a minimum Amazon return fee of $0.50 per item.

e. Settlement method: The sales proceeds of the previous month will be settled on the 15th of each month.

2. Underwriting model

a. About 10%-20% of the Amazon retail price; the price can be increased appropriately for some hot-selling products.

b. Qing Duoduo promises to underwrite the goods with a settlement period of 3-6 months. Regardless of the sales situation of the goods, Qing Duoduo will settle the entire amount to the supplier/seller at one time.

3. Procurement model

a. About 10%-20% of the Amazon retail price; the price can be increased appropriately for some hot-selling products.

b. The company pays part of the cash, such as 10%, 20%, 30%, etc., or pays Amazon's return/transfer shipping costs; the remaining balance is paid in installments over 1-3 months.

4. Donation Model

a. Sellers can set the Qingduoduo warehouse address as the return address. Consumers can return individual items directly to the Qingduoduo warehouse and donate them directly to Qingduoduo.

b. Sellers can also donate bulk products to Qing Duoduo. For suitable products, Qing Duoduo will pay part or all of the transfer shipping costs.

c. Small quantity/scattered products in consignment/underwriting/purchased bulk products, such as products with less than 50 SKUs or a single SKU (single product) with a total value of less than US$100.
