This compliance mainly involves three major categories: " skin whitening products ", " ophthalmic drug products " and " smart watches ". Sellers are requested to pay attention in time!

Sellers can find published skin lightening products listed within the policy scope in the Manage Your Compliance dashboard.

To comply with Amazon's inspection and verification policies : Open the Manage your compliance dashboard > click Submit compliance documentation or file a dispute next to your product > select Request lab services.

If the product does not require testing and verification : Open the Manage your Compliance Dashboard > click [Make an appeal] and select the reason for the appeal > click [Submit].

Ophthalmic pharmaceutical products are any products that are administered intraocularly or extraocularly (e.g., solutions, eye drops, suspensions, emulsions, gels, ointments, or eye creams).

Amazon requires that ophthalmic products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and Amazon policies, including current good manufacturing practices during the manufacturing, packaging, labeling, and storage process.

Ophthalmic drug products sold on Amazon must meet the following standards:

A smartwatch is a wearable device that is in the form of a wristwatch or wristband. Smartwatches typically have a touchscreen, a speaker, a microphone for calls, a vibrator for notifications, and a battery. Smartwatches that connect to smartphones via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi are also subject to this policy.
