Amazon TM brand registration detailed application process

What are the requirements for sellers to be eligible to apply ?
1. The trademark is registered in the United States or India
2. Must have an active Amazon backend or self-operated account backend, SC or VC
3. The account has not been registered with any existing brands

TM brand registration application process:

1. Open the link: https://brandservices.amazon.com/pending-trademark-request
2. Fill in the information:

Notice:
① The trademark registration serial number can be checked on the official website of the Trademark Office or by consulting a registered trademark agent.

② It is recommended that your name and company name be consistent with the background
③ Obtain the seller's backend identification code (see the figure below):

After all the information is filled in successfully, the following interface will appear:

Wait for one to two weeks. If the review is passed, you will receive an email with the title "You're invited to enroll in Amazon Brand Registry".
Note: If you have not received an email invitation after two weeks, first check all your mailboxes and check your spam folders, as it may have been blocked.
After confirming that you have not received the email invitation, contact your account manager (investment manager) to file a complaint. Therefore, if you do not open a store through the investment manager channel, you can only apply when the trademark is R mark.
3. Receive the email and register the brand:

The brand registration process is the same as the backend brand registration process.
Final Note:
1. If the registration is successful with the TM mark, but the R mark cannot be obtained later due to the trademark, the brand registration will also be invalid.
2. TM mark filing only provides some advantages, such as A+ pages, videos, etc. However, it does not provide brand protection, nor can it file infringement complaints.
