In Amazon's operations, we always encounter various problems. Facing a variety of problems, sellers are often anxious and helpless, but the right way is to solve the problems when they arise. If sellers can reasonably use Listing splitting and Listing merging, they will also reduce a lot of troubles.
Let's talk about a simple problem. For example, if a newly created listing has no reviews, customers lack trust in the product and it is difficult to generate conversion rates. It is because of this that fake orders appear. The nature of human beings is the herd effect. If someone says something good, they can lead another person to trust it. 1. If a sub-body in a variant has a negative review, you can split it out in order not to affect the entire variant;
2. When you start putting the product on the shelves, if there are too many sub-bodies of this variant, you can split them up and then merge the sub-bodies of the same type if you want to classify them.
3. If one of your variant listings is copied by others, you can split it out to avoid diverting traffic from other listings.
4. Splitting variants can take away products with negative reviews. When a variant has many negative reviews and affects the conversion rate of the product, we can split the listing and let the listing take away its own negative reviews, which will increase the star rating and score of all products under the original parent body.
