Free no-split warehouse tips, say goodbye to warehouse closing fees

Source: Know Nothing

Recently I found that the rules for shipping have changed again. Previously, I could send to Amazon without dividing the warehouses with the new version, but the shipments created with the old version would be divided into three warehouses. In the past month, I found that sending to Amazon no longer works. It also forces you to divide it into two warehouses, and one of the warehouses must have 2-3 boxes, which is very embarrassing. I have 1,000 goods, 900 of which are divided into the West Coast warehouse in the United States, and 100 are divided into the East Coast warehouse in the United States. I can tolerate you splitting it in half, so that the sea transportation can still be made to ship. But no matter how large the quantity you send, there will always be a few boxes that are divided out, causing the freight forwarder to not ship it, which is also embarrassing for me. You can't delete the shipment every time. If you delete too much, the performance will come again.
For products with separate warehouses, we found a little trick in the test, which can achieve the effect of not having separate warehouses: (shipping address is US warehouse)
1. Use the old version of the shipping plan to ship: select original factory and original box shipping, 150 pieces per box, 3 boxes (don’t ask, just write it down), so that 450 shipments can be created at one time without any warehouse separation.
2. Then repeat the above steps with the old version, and then create the last step of the shipment, add it to the shipment plan in step 1, and automatically merge the shipment plans.
3. Repeat the above steps until you reach the delivery quantity you need.
4. Once the quantity is reached, fill in the correct quantity per box and number of boxes before printing the label.

Although this operation is a bit troublesome, it saves a lot of costs compared to closing positions. It's a good idea to save money by taking some effort.
