It is divided into China warehousing and Hong Kong warehousing.

2. Import logistics services

(1) Overseas direct purchase (B2C): consumers purchase overseas products online (overseas shopping), and merchants pack individual orders from overseas and ship them to the country together, and finally deliver them to consumers. This is also called the collection model. Currently, it supports imports from three major ports: Hong Kong, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen.

(2) Import knowledge: Luggage and mail tax refers to the import tax levied by the customs on the luggage and personal mail items of incoming passengers. The import tax on luggage and mail items is referred to as luggage and mail tax. According to relevant customs regulations, personal items for personal use within the amount specified by the customs are exempt from import tax. Personal items for personal use that exceed the specified amount but are still within a reasonable quantity must pay import tax in accordance with regulations. If there is only one product in the package and it is indivisible, even if it exceeds the specified limit, it can be cleared as a personal item after being determined by the customs to be a personal item (the luggage tax amount is RMB 50 or less and is exempt from tax).

Service advantages: SFC will compensate on your behalf within 5-7 working days after confirmation; risk control increases product competitiveness; insurance premium rate is only 0.6% of the sum of the insured value and freight.

(2) API interface: The Tri-State Express System Data Interface (API) provides a convenient and fast integration solution for customers to integrate international package rate calculation and international package tracking programs. It also provides two access methods: Web Service (SOAP) and HTTP (POST/GET) for users to choose.

(3) Packaging consumables: Provide co-extruded film bubble bags, kraft paper bubble bags, express bags, bubble films, white thermal paper, free customization and other related packaging services.

(4) Payoneer service: helps companies distribute funds globally (companies with small single fund amounts but a widely distributed customer base); helps cross-border e-commerce sellers receive trade payments from European and American companies and e-commerce platforms; helps online earners, software developers, and freelancers receive foreign currency and then transfer it to China through local bank transfer services.

(5) World First service: World First is one of the largest foreign exchange companies in the UK. The e-commerce division of World First provides international payment services to businesses and individual e-commerce sellers to help them collect payments and save on cross-border transaction costs. Q: How to calculate shipping cost?

A: Go to the homepage of the Tri-State Speed ​​website and log in. After accurately filling in the package information, click [Price Query] to query the cost composition and brief description of the service for all eligible services to the destination.

Q: Is the personal tax paid by the merchant or the recipient?

A: If the parcel is imported to the mainland through our HK warehouse, the recipient shall pay the tax upon receiving the parcel. If the recipient refuses to pay, the parcel can be returned to our HK warehouse; if the parcel is shipped directly through a domestic bonded warehouse, the bonded area will be prepaid by the merchant before shipment, and the recipient does not need to pay any taxes.

Q: I am a domestic e-commerce company. Can I use bonded warehouses to ship goods?

A: Only e-commerce companies that have registered their business in China and have an e-commerce website with real transactions or a trusted store on a third-party e-commerce trading platform can enter the bonded warehouse for shipment.

Q: Can I provide return and exchange services to buyers?

A: Currently, products shipped out of our bonded warehouse cannot be re-warehoused, but can be arranged to be returned to designated domestic locations or ordinary warehouses.

Q: What preparations do I need to make before the goods arrive?

A: Import using HK warehouse collection mode: You need to pack individual orders in advance and ship the goods to our HK warehouse (or entrust us to pick up the goods at HK airport/terminal), and upload the buyer's order information and Chinese address to our system (our company can provide value-added services to translate the English address into Chinese). Shipping from domestic tax-inclusive warehouses: E-commerce companies need to complete corporate and product registration in advance, and all information submitted during the registration process must be true and valid.
