Recently, Amazon is expanding the ways sellers can use "Buy with Prime", providing direct purchasing methods through TikTok ads, and making other improvements to the Buy with Prime service.

Buy with Prime launches two new advertising solutions


First, starting in October, sellers will be able to display Prime branding and real-time delivery estimates in TikTok ads. After clicking the "Shop with Prime" button in the seller's TikTok ad, customers will be directed to the seller's website to place an order. Amazon's display of Prime delivery estimates in TikTok ads can help sellers stand out, attract traffic from social channels and increase conversion rates.



Amazon is also allowing Buy with Prime sellers to run Amazon Demand-Side Platform (DSP) campaigns, which combine their Amazon listing data (such as product views and purchases) with shopping signals from their own websites. Sellers can then remarket to customers via advertising on thousands of third-party apps and websites.



In addition, Amazon has launched enhancements to the payment and checkout experience for Prime shopping, including the ability to pay with PayPal when users check out after logging into their Amazon accounts.

What exactly is Buy with Prime?

In April 2022, Amazon launched the “Buy with Prime” feature, which allows Prime members in the United States to shop directly from online stores on its third-party marketplace.


Initially, the feature will only be available to third-party retailers using Amazon’s managed fulfillment (FBA) service.

Since then, the e-tailer has made its Buy with Prime service widely available to Amazon retailers in the U.S., integrating it with Big Commerce and Shopify e-commerce platforms, adding shopping cart functionality for customers and providing 24/7 post-order customer service support for sellers.



Recently, Amazon has also upgraded this service:


  • Allows customers to track their Buy with Prime orders in their Amazon account on the Amazon website or mobile app.

  • Give customers access to 24/7 live chat customer service for their Buy with Prime orders.

  • Return an eligible Buy with Prime order.

  • Ability to deliver select Prime orders to more delivery locations, without the need for shipping boxes or labels.


And, shoppers can now see real reviews from Amazon, including Amazon star ratings, on non-Amazon product pages from participating brands that offer Buy with Prime.
